im after a mint 2wd sapphire cosworth in crystal blue.
im not stupid and wont be buying a shed so dont waste my time with rusty battered crap.
i want mint paintwork/bodywork,low miles,some mods are ok but nothing too far from standard,engine mods are ok as are big brakes and suspension.
the underside has to be very good,no rust,cable ties,sideskirts hanging off etc.
quality pictures of the car clean are essential,i dont want camera phone pics of the car in a dark garage.
if you have a 140,000 mile car with rusty arches,worn drivers seat,smokey noisey engine and no history then thats exactly the car i dont want.

buy your old car back and spend another 3250 quid getting it painted crystal lol, na ill keep my eyes open

 

or i could get you to paint it in your garage and spend 2 months buffing it!

going to see the 1 on pistonheads tomorrow.sounds good on the phone,mileage is a bit high but when you work it out its 6400 miles a year.hes a trader and says its all original.
i was wanting an escort but the budget has been halved,so im in tidy saph or ratty 3 door territory.id rather have another saph in a nice colour and spend money on mods than buy a 3 door and spend time and money on putting silly things right.
you know a lot about the crystal blue saphs?build numers etc?

 

So thats 140000 miles then? And yeah lol, a lot of graft painting stuff yourself, dont think i would do another one mate.
