Default Anyone gone from a 4x4 sapph to a ST EsCos?

got the oppertunity of a px on my car for a nice genuine, stg1 EsCos. drove it today, like it very much. i like how its much more smooth and progressive than mine, feels quick, for more of the time.

but being a st, its pretty much limited to 300. has anyone gone from one to the other? did you feel its a good move or regret it, and want more?

i don't want to let my car go after so much time and money, for something that i feel is lacking and a couple months

Great cars, I loved my small turbo before I tuned it, there are options for going over 300Bhp, either switching the Ecu for a new one, going back to webber or waiting for my car to go back to Msd very soon!

But it WILL feel slow compared to a saff with a t34, much nicer to drive though.

depends what you want to do with it,
it will pull lower down the revs, and be smoother power,
prob nicer road car if nor driven hard,
but if you like to give it some quite often i think you'll soon be bored with it,
as everybody knows the eeciv is limiting to tuning it,
so you'll never make it feel as fast as the saph with swapping the management

I went from a H reg moonstone blue 4x4 cos (spooky eh!!) was stg 3 to my st stg 1 escort cos.
did find the escort a lot slower, but far nicer as a drivers car, the sierra was a tad more comfy seat wise on a run,
like them both in there own ways really
