instead of t34 why not try gt28rs aswill hit 320/330bhp on yours .... you will need a custom down pipe... there is one on ebay at the mo cheap but has t25 fitment but if you going tubular manifold you can just get one with the t25 flange.

 

GT28RS are great turbo's. I had one on my old GTI-R and the spool is immense. Will hold decent boost to the redline with a decent map too

 

coz i run anti-lag and gt's are no good for it as the shafts are to weak..
.

 

I have one in the turbo shop at the moment, been there for agood while as its only a spare, its on an oil cooled core (I see no reason to warm the water to over boiling point in the core) if the price is right then i might part with it.
