Was thinking they were modified so they need taking off 4 insurance reasons but not sure?

 

si's didnt have them as std but would that matter to insurance?

Rs optonals were available as an extra to an si, escort gti had em std

 

only standard on the GTI and RS2000 ,Si models never had them and is classed as a modification as it makes your car look like a gti which is why GTi's are group 13 and a Si group 10 only difference between them is half leather interior and bodykit
