A question what size Diff did the 3 door come with? I keep hearing about 7" and 7"1/2!

7 1/2 on 3dr and 7 on 4x4.

 

What he^^ says, easy to use in place of each other though, in either 7" or 7 1/2" beams.

Thanks for that, I think my diff is on it's last legs and have heard all sorts about different types.The car is used on the road(If you can call the roads in Malta Roads!) it is running 390bhp what would you recommend for a diff option? I want don 't anything thats to noisey but at the same time be able to cope.
I understand that the ATB diff's send all power to the spinning wheel and as the roads here are like ice-staking rinks I would imagine that both wheels fighting for grip would be better?
What are your thoughts?

I have run a standard 7 1/2 up until 460ish bhp. I agree about your roads and too tight a diff will see you sliding around all over the place. Save it for Hal Far if you fit a tight one imho.
