Default my mk4 bonus

hello, i thought i'd join this forum as i've just a bought a 1990 escort bonus with genuine 35k on the clock, 2 owners and 99% straight.
i've always loved my fords and especially escorts, i used to own a series 1 turbo, a cabriolet, an estate, mk1s, mk2s but never a mk4, this is gonna be my winter project as i intend to do something quite tasty with it but not sure what yet, here's a few pics of how it stands at the moment

https://passionford.com/forum/pictur...16v-bonus.html

conversion wasnt difficult, done a few now. Well worth it, mine did the 800 mile trip to Ford Fair perfectly. What stuff you need to know?

plenty advice and inspiration on here too:

Daily drive aint so bad i think

If you're going sleeper, are you gonna keep the standard bumpers? Or you gonna spray them?
