the fact they ever made the stig have a secret identity seems pointless anyway,

 

not really, for the car tests, to give a fair comparison they really need to keep the same driver, or appear to keep the same driver.

i would imagine it would be hard to tie 1 professional racer to cover every vehicle test, so having a masked man do it, if ben couldn't manage a test they could bring someone else in and the viewers would be none the wiser

Yep, Huffy told me when he was down there who it was, but also mentioned that there are 3 all together so would be interesting who they are. He didnt tell me the other ones.
