What software and hardware is needed, aside from a WBO2 and Det Cans?

You need something that will communicate with, and alter, the ECC-V PCM.

There aren't many systems sold for the owner to use in Europe, and the American systems won't officially sell over here.

There are several systems that will upload stored MAPs (generic) or swap between MAPs stored in a reader by a tuner.

To have any control your self I think its DreamScience Flash system at around £1k.

Alternatively piggy back an Omex, DTA, etc. You have to keep the EEC-V for instruments, security, ancillaries, etc.
