don't you hate it when you develop an annoying noise and then you find out most of the outlet manifold bolts are loose and one has sheared off( thats twice in one year) so head off again i suppose

ouch! unlucky mate.

what is it causes the manifold bolts to come lose then?

turbocharger vibration dampers cause bolts to break or losen. damper must be installed correctly, and changed and/or adjusted. in service. we check dampers in our service, everytime car comes in service.
