decided i want an saph cossie 4x4 (late spec one), what colours did they make them in?

I know they did them in Moondust silver as my mate has one on a K plate

 

radiant red as well which is rare.k and l reg on the late ones

They did Smokestone like mine....heres a pic..looks almost black,

 

they also came in nouveau red wich just looks like magenta, ebony black, i think moondust silver, red, and a few others i think.....

They also made them in Smokestone blue, which i particularly like

Well seing as thats what colour mine is

argh - I think they look horrible

Colors are (in German):
- diamant white
- polar silver
- lava metallic
- mitternachtsblau metallic (something blue)
- bordeaux metallic

They done them in smokestone black and a flat black which was special order oh and moonstone blue & flint grey as well. Just to add to your list of colours.

 

they did them in ash black as i have on that colour

 

Moonstone blue was an early colour, ford never made late spec facelift models in moonstone. Mine is one of the last moonstones made and is on a 91 "J" plate Oh and Smokestone was a shade of blue not black!

 

No flint grey on the last ones neither.

The 92 spec colours were:
Diamond white
Smokestone blue
Nouveau red
Moonstone silver
Ebony metallic (black) (only around 450 made, no definate figures)
Radiant red (only 40 made,of which 20 were on L plates, all registered in AUG/SEP on 1993 with the exception of 5 which were early 1994). If you can find a decent red one, snap it up!!
Try and get a full spec one, with factory CD/air con/elec roof as all were options, but make the car more desireable.
No moonstone blue/flint grey were product in 1992 spec.

My personal fav is the Crystal Blue of the 2wd.

 

Ive seen a crystal blue 4x4, dont think it was 92 spec though
