sounds exactly like a ferrari, and i looked at the vid again and theres a ferrari next to it...

 

the one with the ferrari next to it you think it was the ferrari

but the in car vids the car doesnt seem quick enough to be a ferrari so could be the st220, they havnt listed it on there website yet but they do an exhaust for the golf r32

 

weird vids, that reving one is very weird.

it is the mondeo making that noise as the 24v V6 in my p100 sounds on the bar identical (y) i even get that V6 crackle on the over run. great noise imo.

 

sounds awesome, but when you take into account that an off the shelf system with the valvetronic controller costs around Ł3000, and that one for the 220 was made as a one off for a japanese customer, i bet you would be looking around Ł3K - Ł4k.

watch vid #4 - it is the mondy making the noise, but it just sounds too hollow for my liking - it doesn't actually sound like it's got any bollox

 

The sound does not go with a car , id hear it and be looking round like a young boy looking for a ferrari or such likes , but then when i see a mondeo ...................

 

dump the cats and fit a straight through exhaust and they all sound like that.

Agreed, when it drives past, its all sound and no bollocks, does sound awesome popping and banging on over run though

 

only sounds weak because its a youtube vid and recorded. i bet in reality it sounds really really good.
