Default what to look for on an Evo 4??

Quite fancy an Evo but only really got 4 money to spend out. I've not got a clue on them, never owned anything other than Fords.
Anyone had any experience, or could tell me what to look out for on them.?

Cheers, Gary

As above crankwalk, when driving if clutch pedal moves is a sign of it, also make sure AYC works as pump can be quite common, make sure AYC comes on when ignition on, does it's check then goes out.
To check AYC fluid it's in the boot on drivers side, didn't have any issues with mine just get a boost controller on it, uprated fuel pump and a Map
Hope this helps

Forget the 4, get a 5. If you can't afford that, wait until you can IMO.
