was at the dr's there
been having pains in the lower abdomen and my left testicle
for roughly 3 weeks now
so went to see the dr as i was taking no risks
he said i had some sort of cyst and i should have an ultrasound

where did he say the cyst was?
to be honest cyst's are very common, nothing to normally worry about. if they get infected it can be bad, but they are just puss filled lumps

As said good job you went, often they can freeze them, then remove, the freezing will seriously make you take notice, it fkin hurts but few hours later all good, they freeze the cells.
I get perianal abcesses all the time on the bum hole opening, so hospital around every 2 years, sometimes these attach to the ball sack, they hurt.
Any lumps bumps etc better sooner than later to see doc, me gf had serious abdo pains for 5 months, went to docs at my insistance, had emergency op for pelvic inflamatory disease, dopey bint nearly killed her it did.

but, to be fair, my dad had one in his abdomen and they popped it at the hospital and he went home about 2 hours later
couldn't wear a belt for 6 weeks afterwards though to stop it getting fucked up and infected due to the pressure and size of it, they took out about a pint of gunk so whatever needed to go back into place needed to do so naturally
i'll leave the rest to your imagination
