favourite is underwire from bra through one of the holes in the drum! Washers arent hard to take apart at all, very basic. Can you hear it if you spin the drum by hand? Or is it in the pump/drain system?

You may be lucky and have no damage once found/removed, our washer dryer was damaged to over £500 by the wire from a underwire bra getting dragged into heater bit and other places, worse the gf didn't remember having that colour bra the repair man dug out, was very close but talked my way out of it!!

pretty basic, just take the back off and remove the filter and pipe and make sure there is nothing wedged before you pull it all apart.

Hair grips, money and kids socks was what I found.

ps google the model and the issue and often if there is a common fault you will get a step by step to sort it out.

I let the grumpy shit repairman do it, he said what do you expect me to do ?, wtf I said your job would be a good start, I paid £90 for a extended warranty as it was bosch washer dryer, bosch service sucks big big time, would never buy bosch again with service like this.
Fortunately was covered for accidental, as bill to repair existing one was much more than the cost of new(which we got as replacement), but repair estimate had things like spider, drum, motor, board, can't see how myself he said the drum and spider were badly mishapen.
