i had my 2wd cossie rolling roaded setup.
its standard with a t34.48, uprated intercooler and gaskets, 4x4 manifold, uprated fuel pump, big exhaust, greens and 3 bar
made 334bhp with 344 torque at 1.5 bar
the guy said fueling was an issue and blamed the chip. it was runing to lean under boost so he advised the turbo should stay at 1.5 bar although he said i could run 2 bar of boost. he said for me to get a new chip so the turbo could be run at 2 bar. will this give me more power?? or does it sound like ive hit the limit.

With greens I would say you hit the limit pretty much.

 

is it the injectors limiting me then and not the chip?

 

some green injectors do more than others. who done the RR for you? if it was too lean and he said the fuel map (chip) was not good, could he not have adjusted the map or can he not map Weber?

 

Thats around the ballpark figure for a stage 3 tune, more boost will give more power but of course as he rightly says you can't run anymore with the current setup, you will need a remap/chip calibrated for more boost as said the greens will be at there limit as well so next step would be Bosch Grey injectors (403's) or Siemens 83LB equivilant.

totd did the rolling road for me. they dont supply chips or do maps from what i gather. but he did tell me to get a new chip so i could run more boost, but that seems pointless now with greens holding me back

 

83lbs are over-kill at this Spec, 55s will do 400+

Yes you can run 2bar m3cosworth, i had a T34.48 on Greys and live map about 3years ago and it made 360/360..@ 2bar, great road spec that was....

As said above 55lb siemens are the way forward with your turbo and a live map id expect 370-380 hp with around the same tourque!!!

My bad I thought the 55Lb were the equivilant of greens and 83LB for greys.

if you gonna go for a new chip, you may as well change the injectors for bigger ones and get it remapped. Sell the greens to pay for the new injectors.
