Basically a year ago I couldnt of been happier. I had my own business, wonderfull girlfriend, own house, my car and life was great!

Then I had a blackout lost my driving licence. Working for myself I had to employ my best mate to drive and work with me. Work was tight now there were two of us to pay. Then my girlfriend was sleeping with someone else, we ended up spliting up and losing our house.

I was devastated, I had lost her, my house, I had no money and was working just to keep my business going!! I moved in with my mum then me and my mate fell out so he stopped working with me, I was jobless again!!

Luckily I got my licence back a week later so things finally started to look up4 me!!

Then I lost my nan who I was very close to! Also I am facing another driving ban at the moment and stand to loose my business completly this time!

I have another girlfriend now and have my car back and have money and things couldnt be better at the moment but I am certain I will be banned and loose the lot again!!

Anyone else been in the same position? What did you do?

basically ;

wife got him in debt 3 times (forged his signitures)the last time for Ł60k

he left her with the clothes on his back as wanted his kids to have a home

worked all the hours god sent (10-11 hr days 7 days a week)

now got another little lad of 8,2 houses and is thinking of retiring

took him around 10 years though

 

I was living at home nearly two years ago, had I great job as head warranty auditor for both Citroën and peugeot in a very larger dealership, had plenty of money very nice car, was looking to buy a new evo, girlfriend the lot I couldn't have been happier

lost the job and fell out with my dad because of it, he kicked me out and the engine and a few other things went in the car. I hadn't money to fix it so it had to be stripped and scrapped.

So no job, house, car and the girlfriend left

took awhile but now I have a house, a alright job and I just today I got my letter saying I've been accepted on to my motorsport engineering course!!!

Next step is getting a car sorted

Your right about that I wasn't commidted to anything I did before, I just bluffed my way though school and got lucky with jobs, now I'm going to work my ass off

Why are they taking you license? Cos of the blackout?

 

ex took flat 30 grand and everything' but my car and the clothes i stood up in i managed to keep lol now married two daughters one 18 one 12 nice house several cars wasnt easy 12 hour days for years but worth it been married 14 years [yesterday] love her and my kids more than ever

 

She didnt leave just because you lost your job, house and car? if so she was probably not the one for you if she left when things get abit shit

 

She did leave when things got tough. Loosing it due to 'supposidly racing' Nothing is certain yet but I expect the worst!!

 

She went to uni about an hour away, so with no car and only working at weekends I wasn't able to see her

 

ex would of got a kick in her cunt for starters.

 

mate ive always looked at it this way,,,,, even when ive been through the fucking shittest times in my life that have been bad,,,,, there is still MUCH worse things to be going through

think everyone on here has had some form of hardship,,, just teaches you to remember what things are when you get sorted again

no matter how shite a hand life treats me aslong as my little one is fine you will never hear me complain about how much of a bitch life is ( unless im broken down in the rain with a dead phone battery and wearing a t-shirt....... i may question some fairness in that situation)

it surprised me how many men still get totally fucked financially by thier ex's. And what surprises me is how many whove been fucked dont fight it.

 

I suppose Ginge your way off looking at life is the best way its just good somtimes for you to no that your not the only one!!

i got screwed by a ex years a go ended up a lot of problems lost a flat in the red nowhere to stay had to swallow my pride and go back to parents hard thing to do was not on eventalking terms with them for years before that.

 

You just simply cannot think like that, be positive. You've lost it once, make sure you don't loose it again . What was the reason for the blackout?

The reason for the blackout was unknown! Driving is litrally my life, its my work!! Without it I will loose my business that ive had for 3 years that ive worked hard to get and keep!

Now I face loosing it all again just for one stupid 5 minutes!!

Without driving where I live getting another job is going to be hard....unless you want to work 8-4 5 days a week for Ł190!! Almost better off on the doll, but thats just not me!

 

Sorry to here these shite stories people.

 

I have had ups and down but one day i went to the hospitle to see a mate who had had a stroke and in the ward was a 12 year old boy laying face down in bed with a hole in his back, i forget what its called but he had only a short while to live, i came out of the hospitle and i thought i will never moan again

 

Thats what I am working on at the minute, but its soooo hard!!
