Right hello all , Recently bought a 1991 fiesta rs turbo , bored to 1700cc , acrolite bigger pistons to suit , fast road piper cam & followers , bailey catch tank , full new samco hoses all around , lightened & balenced flywheel , recon hybrid t2 turbo .. right bought the car running sweet as a nut just running to much boost for the stand injectors and the lad i bought it off had just replaced the headgasket for piece of mind and forgot to tighten the belt tensioner up so running it around , slipped a tooth and bent all 4 inlet valves , soooo had the head off and rebuilt with new valves and paine headset , all fitted back together and again running ok but no where near as fast as before and drops boost as full power .. that wasnt the main problem , just bought a recon set of red injectors and a 195bhp chip .. fitted them both today and the car runs crap on tickover and upto 3000 revs and fine after but very lumpy upto 3000 revs and really annoying as will cut out at junctions
any ideas welcome please ??
