Alriter folks, could any1 tell me how many magenta 2wd sapphires were made? r these quite rare? ive a moonstone 3dr thats been in tucked in a garage for 10 years but im wanting to run a cosworth again but would like a 2wd Magenta Saph if any1 hears of anything!!apologies to the mods if this seems like an advert/plug!!

aw thats a very tight stance in front o the plane, well suits they wheels!!!ill have 2 get ma motor out an get some pics posted up here an c if theres any interest out there. I just want back on the road with a Cosworth, but a 3dr attracts 2 much attention, a saph strikes me as a bit more useable but still carrying the Cosworth seal of approval!! Say "NO" to jap scrap!!!

 

think they were only done in magenta in the later 2wds i have got one

 

Majenta is not a rare colour unfortunately its as common as muck fella

has anyone got a pic of a magenta saph and a noveau red one just to compare , iv a whine coloured 2wd and i goin resprayin the outside of it when i get time , was going to change the colour slightly just to give it a fresher look

 

yeah, thats a plan!! sum lad will can organize that!!just back from having a look at ma moonstone 3 dr an afta ten year in the garage, still looks pretty awesome!!!sumin bout a 3 dr!!!

 

not as comon as the rest,2 shows and only 2 magenta one's there.

A few early 4x4s stayed Magenta. On here you would find it difficult to spot the differences in the pics unfortunately.

With so many being broken who knows how many are left - good 2wd examples seem to be getting thinner on the ground to me. If you are doing Ford Fair I'll probably bring mine as the 500 aint quite ready.

 

i've had a g reg 4x4 and a h reg 4x4, both magenta
i honestly couldn't count the amount of 2wd magenta saphs i've
known of(never owned 1 myself) over the years,
i think the 2wd magenta saph is the nicest of the saphs,
i've got a 2wd gloss black saph which is 1 of the rarest colours
a mate has a magenta 4x4 on private plate, but log book says 1st reg's in 91
i thought its a bit strange, anybody know if theres any other j reg magenta's out there
