the car was from blackpool , the car was on ebay but phoned the seller up to view it and bought it there and then for 4 k , the guy who owned it was called john spec 280 bhp stage 1 but not had it tuned yet going to book it in with stu@ motorsport d as soon as i get some cash together

More than likely to be originally registered there.
However in the last couple of years the DVLA some of NI's regional plates - such as "?XI" but im not sure if the "?AZ" one have.
