accelerator pedal

why do i need the pedal and cable if i go efi or can i get away with just the cable any help please as this is the last thing i need to get

if you find a carb'd mk4 escy / orion at the scrappy it'll have a pedal like that FYI

cant i just re drill the mfi throttle body and use that?

ive seen pics on here of a efi with mfi throttle body just cant remember whos it was

why make it harder than it is.

Everyone always asks me for the cable when its just as easy to get a washer and cut a slit into it. Then slide it over the cable end where it attaches to the pedal. Close the slit and the cable will work just the same.

Pics are around of what i mean.. Do some research.
