Default Pads for Focus RS MK1

Just had a quote from Ford for front pads and they've come up at 209.74 for standard or for the performance ones 382.76.

How on earth can this be right? I know genuine stuff can be expensive but that's just daft.

These are available in the correct format from Apec Braking (www.apecbraking.co.uk)

Part number PAD 1704, listed only for the Focus RS.

A mate has just fitted a set to his RS and he is very impressed! Can't remember the price but they were very reasonable

http://www.apecbraking.co.uk/search....on&item=769517

They also seem to show another set with "pin laminations" - PAD 1661
