Hello People,

Some of you may be aware that i have not that long brought my Xr2i so thought it was about time that
i posted some pics of the progress that i have made, Juat cant wait until April until i can drive her! (damm insurance company)


1st of All pics of her Standard before i owned her! Outside



Inside (soon to be replaced with FRST interior)





This was the condition when i brought the car minus the wheels got standard 2i rims!





The engine with k+n


3.5 inch Mongoose Backbox (very nice purrrrrrrrrrr)



The new lights i have got not bad i think better than before IMO



Now she is down the bodyshop getting touched up here and there and new mirrors added colour coded mk3.5
Bumper strips black and side strips removed

Eventually got the car on the ramps to look @ the holes in the sills

Took some pics of the car with no rear bumper on






As you have seen on my pervious pics that i am working on the FRST bonnet but have decided to do the whole bonnet for a better finish!





So rear bumper is off for painting




Then decided to take the front bumper off (wish i didnt now!)

The front bumper was bodged with fibreglass and a bit of metal tied with cable ties to the front of the car, as the bumper mounts were rusted off the bumper! :x so need a ned bumper now! here is some pics of the action happening, MoonDustSaph @ work! (my Dad)




the finshed product with rust killer on! and will be ready for painting soon!




Now some pics for the photoshoppers! to please play with and change my wheels to RS 7 Spokes or any thing wit about 7/8 spokes silver or white

I have got rid of that interior mate i now have FRST interior! Still got it in the garage tho!

Also have still got those lights they were just smoked with the tinting spray lightly look ok but wonted ones i got now!

Hi Tiller, i got one of these Cars, they are wicked fun, plus i got a 3.5 mongoose on it, sounds luurrvly. Well good cars, i can see what has rusted the sills where the holes are, somebody has jacked it using the shitty ford jack.
