Default Clutch Release Bearing

Is it me or do all release bearings get noisy and start to rattle is there a decent replacement?

If it rattles when pressed, it's the bearing that is worn.
If it rattles when not pressed, it's usually the aluminum input axle sleeve the bearing rides on that has worn and typically generated wear grooves on its surface.
