2wd std cams technical characteristically
I think a standard inlet cam is 8.5mm lift and 241 Degrees duration
I have just had a AB07 cam fitted, 8.85mm lift and 256 Degrees duration and gained just under 35bhp peak power but held on better and gained 44bhp @ 7000rpm. The car ticks over very nice with no noticeable loss of power lower down. No piston mods required.
