AUTOSHOW

On Sunday July 18 2010 the Rotary Club of Uxbridge will present its 27th annual Uxbridge Autoshow.
Its purpose is to raise funds for charity by organising a show where enthusiasts and their families can display their veteran, vintage and club vehicles in a congenial atmosphere and meet their friends and others who share their interest; and to give the public an opportunity to see something of the world of historic and classic vehicles.

Many car clubs will be there including the Middx RSOC as its our home venue ,

trying to talk the mrs into driving me down to this in the saph as my legs still in plaster

i'll be there,but seein as i sold my cabby and my rst project isnt finished i might be goin in an astra.unless i can convince my mate to let me drive his mk1 rs2000 while he drives his lotus carlton or vice versa...i dont mind lol

 

Bedfordshire RSOC will be there....

 

i normally go but don't have a lot of spare time at the moment, i'll see what happens later in the week & how the weather is.

It's raining as of a few minutes ago when it stopped

And if you want to come and see us we are about as far away as it's possible to be right at the bottom of the field next to the wilderness.

 

Went today tagged onto the end off the stand (mk5 cab) was good show loads off differnt moters

 

ended up being a roasting day as I even got a bit of sunburn with many many quality car clubs ,

i've seen this car around, hayes, just off pump lane i think it was, mad mad low

 

some very impressive cars at todays show,and uxbridge seems to be getting bigger each year as the amount of car clubs there was mind blowing

I reckon a lot of people got caught out by the weather as it was roasting come the afternoon

 

Usually a very good show, didn't go this year as clashed with Retro Car at the Pod, our old grey Renault 21 turbo should've been at Uxbridge

 

there was 2 of them side by side ,one decked to the floor and the other more standard looking

steve, your stand was exactly where i was 2 years ago! Its the first time i've been out of that bottom field this year! This show is defo getting bigger, thats the 3rd year i have been and it was HUGE!!! lol

I didn't realise how much i caught the sun, my face has caught some colour

The guy who bought its mate has a green one (think with an aftermarket front bumper with round fogs) mine was quite low, intercooler hanging out the front
