wat cam?
i have got a piper 285t cam in my s2 but its now done 25000 miles and dont pull aswel as it did,how long do they last? thinking of getting a standard cam next.running 18psi will standard cam work well with that boost?

the cam u already got is a excellent cam running 18 psi unfortuantly they dont last long 2 yrs max depending how drive it try a cvh 35 thats what im using in mine was recomended it i think kent r better than piper but thats debateable

Got for a piper T2 there more suited to higher boot applications! (14psi+)
i have a 285t in mine and love it tho next i will go for a T2
Or if you dont mind your engine being late on power newman cams are ment to be good but have solid lifters! so take more time to fit!!

try a Kent CVH34....gives EXCELLENT mid-range power and pulls through to redline not as lairy as the cvh35 but the mid range gains are excellent

ive got the kent cvh 34 in mine, excellent cam, for laggy rs turbos, pulls like a train in mid range and has a early power band 1.5k revs.

I'm fitting a CVH34 in my engine. I choose it for the good mid range and I'm glad to hear it works as intented.

the kent 34 sounds good as i am after low torque rather than reving the hell out of it.

Word, reving the CVH is more scary than fun. Drivability is not for women, it means faster lap times and faster 0-60.
