I'm thinking of buying a MT75 quickshiftkit, but I'm curious if it's hard to install it.
Anyone experience with this? Do I have to remove the whole gearbox?

No m8 u don't have to drop gearbox
I fitted a B&M one in my 4x4 saph and it was a great improvement
No more banging your knuckles on dash with that fitted!
Would'nt like to try and fit one without the use of a ramp/pit though,is a fiddly job

Nowt to it really m8
Strip out gear stick gaitor/gear surround, couple of sound deadening/insulation pieces of material, then a big circlip holding gearstick into shell.
Then from underneath its just a bolt threw linkage which is the fiddly bit
Have to wiggle linkage about to get bolt out/in,then lift gearstick out from inside of car.
