no boost hellppppp

i just replaced the oils seals on my t3 turbo and now when i put my foot down instead of it boosting at 3000rpm it just makes a whining noise? can anyone please help thanks

Checked all the hoses are connected and there isn't an air leak?

or metering/turbo or intercooler/crossover hose isnt collapsing,is it std hoses?
