hi
i would not just set the load without a good quality boost guage as just setting it like someone elses is a no no use a guage if you dont have one fit one it will tell if somethink goes wrong when driving also
but failing that go to a tuner and have it set at 10psi

half a hole is around 7psi so maybe harf a turn to a turn shorter! at a guess, but as above id definatly get a gauge or at least borrow one to set iy up

if you've got a tyre pump then use that to set up 10psi on actuator arm prior to fitting it then you know what pre load you've got, and to do that you need to follow pipe that is attached to the actuator to the amal valve, remove it from amal and attach it to your tyre pump and opertate it till it reads 10psi and you'll see your act rod moving, at this point adjust it so it slips on penny arm easily then release the pressure and then it'll take 10 psi now to open waste gate penny there fore giving 10psi of preload/boost but as above have a guage in it to double check as depending on intercooler etc you may get some boost drop
