Hi i forgot to renew my tax today and driving home i went past a police van with camera in it soon as i got in i sorted my tax online anyone know what points fine this might land me or is it true you get a few days grace been driving well over 20 years and never had points before im gutted lol

 

if it ran out yesterday then i don't thin they will do anyting

they give you one month before they send you a letter, then they send you a fine if you haven't sorted the tax in the next 2 weeks, so you get 6 or 7 weeks, depending on how desperate they are for money, in which to retax again or sorn it

 

Cheers mate i just forgot i tax it online so thought i would do it this week but forgot till i saw the van lol so its done will just have to wait and see what they do

 

you'll be reet they prob wont bother,i was riding round a week out of date and never got owt sed when i went past a van.
