Default Suspension recomendations please guys

At the mo I have some old Leda coilovers on my 3dr and they're a bit to hard for me, also have comp struts witch will be goin in the bin.
Are Gaz coilovers stiff or am I bettter of with Koni or even standard shock and lowering springs?

You'd be better off selling the comp struts, is it spring rate that's too hard or the damp rate ?

Koni's and Leda AKA Ahmed Bayjoo or AVO springs IMO, the Leda are avaliable in track spec or fast road spec and have been designed to work with the Konis.

If you mean that the spring rate is too hard, it maybe worth ordering softer springs for the coilovers you have. Spring rate should be marked on the springs.
