can any one please tell me if this will suit both of side and near side
of my car,

It looks like a n/s one to me but it's very hard to tell with the picture from that angle, ask the seller to send you a picture from above then forward it to me, I will be able to ell then,

The mk4 TCA is better than a mk3 one. That is a left side TCA for sure.

Mk4 TCA's have a spherical bearing inside the inner end which is considerably better than the normal rubber bush of the Mk3 TCA's although it has a rather short life due to the very poor type of spherical bearing used. I think it sits in nylon or something so it wears out quickly. Much better to replace with a proper rosejointed adjustable inner end.
