Stoping over in Lemans for one night next week and would like to pop and have a looks at the track and heard its got a good musuem their too. The only problem in finding is the address to enter in the Sat nav for it . Anyone shed some light?

Is this the correct musuem address, and is it located on or next to the track?

Its right by the main gates into the track, if your looking at the gates its to the left. Theres a road that runs behind the pit straight grandstands and if you follow it round clockwise (same direction as the cars go round the track) then it will take you outside the main gates.

 

For info, the Lemans 'classic' is on the 10th and 11th

as said, museum is right next to the main gate, but le mans is quite a small place, you won't miss it, though it may be sign posted circuit du mans 24 heures if my memory serves me correct as opposed to le mans....

try and check out the village arnage whilst your out there, thats where all the petrol heads go the night before the 24 hour race and all the lttle cafe's are stuffed with hundreds of pics of all the hot motors, again, its a tiny village, but worth the run through and a wander and a drink

YOu can also drive down the Mulsanne, around indianapolis etc as it's a public road at this point unless they've closed it for the classic...
