That is incredible car control Is that the footage that is on the end of the 2001 Rally GB DVD? If not the in car footage on that DVD is also stunning.

 

Colin Mcrae was and still is a legend ........ awsome car control lol but on some of the vids i hav saw some awsome crashes he has been in and then a helicopter gets him R.I.P LEGEND

i remember watching coverage of the rally gb when colin mcrea was in an impreza it might hav been the year he won the championship,they showed a split screen of him and another driver come into camera view at the same time then over the distance it just showed how seriously quick he was through just that little section,i think he was over 20 or 30 seconds quicker on just that one stage,true and amazing talent and would have loved to see how he would get on against some of the current top drivers in equal machines

 

He's such a great loss to the rallying scene, fantastic driving!

RIP Colin, so sad that he was taken from us so early
