Scrap value of catalytic converters?
Anyone clued up on the rough value of cats at the moment? Got a few laying around the workshop gathering dust.

Bit of a grey one this as I've always thought any cats worth Ł40 secondhand but apparently scrappies are getting a bit more picky now and offering less for certain types.

depends on make and size, astra td ones go for Ł40 but i got Ł70 on a mk3 1.1 fiesta cat that was about the same size. originals are worth more than aftermarkets.

Off the top of my head I've got 1 of a mr2, 1 off a 2.2 vectra, 2 from Renault master dci, and a couple from kangoos.

They can be worth anything from Ł7 to Ł250
