take the abs off its a waste of time on rst it makes the brakes feel dead get rid of it & you will have brakes that actually stop the car

Remember that at the back end you need to bleed the brakes with the suspension on its wheels as the rear load sensing valves will prevent it from bleeding otherewise. Jack the car up, take the wheel off and then lower the car onto an axle stand under the rear swing arm to compress the suspension as it would be when on its wheels.

it might be because the brake pads need bedding in.

its not the pads, theres just no brake pedal.when you pump the brakes the pedal gets firmer but when you release the pedal it goes soft.theres air somewhere, maybe the abs pumps?if so how do i get that out??

Get rid of the ABS mate, best thing you can do to the standard setup
