Default Log Book Question

Alreet

Ive just been through a nasty split with a psycho girl and she has the log book to my car. Now she is claiming she will forge my signature and get it signed over to her.

What can i do? i have moved over 100 miles away from her and i dont fancy going seeing the fat cnut anyway

I dont want to be getting police involved because the family she comes from are scum and never let things drop

any ideas?

Is the log book in your current address?,dvla will notify you if the names changes on the log book,so you could write back saying you have not sold the car so somebody is trying to defraud you?

Apply for a new log book saying you've lost your old one.
