Default help rear wishbone polybushes

Currently fitting floflex bushes to my S2, front ok but rears not so easy, so if you can help, will be much appreciated.
On the rear wishbones inner, do you need to remove the metal sleeve before you can fit
the 3 part bush and sleeve.
The outer 2 parts of the bush seem to fit with the sleeve fitted but the larger inner is too large
I have searched past posts and cant seem to find a definitive answer.
I have attached a pic

Is the sleeve removed totally i.e both sides and the inner so you are just left with a large hole thru the wishbone?

Cut the centre out with the grinder, leave a lip each side, then take a big screw driver and a hammer to the left over bits. . . they'll knock out alot easier
Done a couple of cars now, by far the quickest way

just about sorted it now, what a nightmare!
Seen quite a few reports about Floflex on here and other forums and as far as the fitting goes, they appear to fit quite well apart from the nightmares with the rear wishbones.
As far as handling goes we'll see.
good value for money.
Thanks again for all your help.
