Help please with Adobe
My insurance co have send me some paperwork via email PDF format. On my desktop PC running vista it will not open it saying it is password protected! Yet on my laptop which runs XP it opens it!
What can i do to open it on my desktop?

Do you have the same version installed on both pc's? You may need to redownload the one on your desktop http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and specify vista as operating system rather than XP.
