Right iv just been on EBAY and there is a photo of my rocker cover up for sale and he is not saying it is not the rocker cover you will get im very pist off about this as the photo has been tacken from this site . and some one will be bying it thinking its my cover . please send this seller a lot of shit about it to sort it as i dont wont any one giving me shit if they have sean it in my posts this is the link to it

i was just looking at cosworth parts and sore it . and i fort WTF iv tryed to tell EBAY about it but the EBAY site is shit for telling them some thing is rong

to be fair it might not be someone on here...

if you type stuff in goggle images it normally flags up stuff from threads on passionford. it could just be some twat that took an image off google..

 

Someone used a pic I took to sell something on eBay to sell their item without my permission. Reported it & it was removed quite quickly.

he may have a similar one and simply used your pic as a reference.

Agreed - he should take a pic of his actual item and not a similar one - but i have used others pics in the past for parts that i have simply becuase they were either on the car and difficult to photo or i could not get them at the time.

 

Contact Ebay - I had someone use a picture of my L200 to advertise a sub box made for the L200

Got in touch with the seller and told him that he had 24 hours to remove the picture due to copyright issues and then when he didn't filed a dispute type thing on Ebay.

Outcome was the sellers auction was removed and warned him about future breaches so should he do it again his account will be terminated.


Wouldn't of been so bad if the cheeky cunt had asked to use my picture

 

id have been pissed mate as if it is a scam someone that bought it might see your resto thread and link you with it and they'l give you grief.....
