Dont know think you just turn the comp housing round if needid, as for the bolts I usualy depending how tight they are, remove the four bolts that hold the turbo to manifold and remove the studs in situ as this makes it easyer to come out.
Then when refitting do the same and fit the studs in when you got the turbo flange in place.
Hope this helps you. ?

Think you may need a bracket for the actuator, depending which way your going 2wd>4wd or 4wd>2wd

If thats the case you need to undo the main bolts at the back of the turbo, just try and loosen them however they can be very tight and snap , depends if its a new/recon turbo tbh. best thing to try is put it in a vice, slacken all bolts find a nice bar that fits into the turbo feed hole and try to move it round.
The actuator bracket is on the front of the housing so you will need a longer rod actuator and bracket.
I have one if you need it fella>??

You can turn the centre part round that has the oil feed/water. and also the front housing.

You'll need to spin both the exhaust and the compressor housings.

Don't forget you'll also need a 4x4 oil return, and sort out an actuator mounting bracket.

To get the turbo onto the manifold, you'll have to drill out/unscrew the 4 mounting studs and enlarge the holes.

If the turbo is getting on, you really will struggle with moving the exhaust housing. If it needs a rebuild, you'd perhaps be better off getting a shagged 4x4 turbo and having that rebuilt instead.

i got the oil return from the turbo that is on there now and the turbo has a bracket and i have one from the other turbo, the turbo also has the actuator mount already on the compressor housing will this be any good ?
