You'll need to spin both the exhaust and the compressor housings.

Don't forget you'll also need a 4x4 oil return, and sort out an actuator mounting bracket.

To get the turbo onto the manifold, you'll have to drill out/unscrew the 4 mounting studs and enlarge the holes.

If the turbo is getting on, you really will struggle with moving the exhaust housing. If it needs a rebuild, you'd perhaps be better off getting a shagged 4x4 turbo and having that rebuilt instead.
