well here she has shit loads of spares which is great

whats the best way of lowering the van noticed there on leaf springs ??

 

fucking hell - its difficult making sense of your first post - dont even make sense.

but i take it you have bought a van with odd wheels.

 

i dont know if you can buy them but u will need lowering blocks for the leaf springs. Remove the shackles and fit the lowering blocks between the leaf springs and the axle. You might need longer shackles too. The fronts should be the same as a car.

erm im not sure mate the paintwork it pretty good.
but the bonnet needs to be be g3'd because it has white residue on it but i was not bothered about the paintwork on here peoeple where saying rust rust rust and this has hardly any at all

 

Cut the front springs and get some lowering blocks for the rear.

 

will cutting the fronts matter to much because you hear you shoudlent ?

and yeahh blocks it is for the rear

 

i would just buy a set of escort lowering springs n use the front springs.

 

I wouldn't turn them upside down.
it's either lowering blocks (they come with longer shackles) or get the springs decambered.

 

yeah i was thinking getting proper springs donw want to go through the hassle of cutting etc.

markb- so you can turn them around then, was not jsut me hearing things.
but i am going down the lowering block method which will be alot easier aswell

Rear has axle under leaf, take off, cut the mounts off and weld underneath and bolt ontop of spring

 

ahh danny thats what i was thinking about when i said turn them over well done
alot of work woudl rather jsut buy blocks haha
