Exclamation Loosing power???

Hi peolpe can you help, i have just bought my 2nd escort rs turbo s2 and it seems to have a lack of power, its had some work done by the former owners such as T2 turbo, Cossy Actuator, Piper cam and pulley and other small bits, the revs tend to limit out at 5000 but takes a long time to get there i have had the timing checked and all seems ok there. It does have a standard ECU could this be a problem?? Any ideas??
Cheers

could be anything mate. not timed up right, boost leak, etc etc, you spend spend loads of cash on things which arent needed

i would advise to get it set up by someone who knows what they are doing

as you're in west midlands, you could take it to reyland http://www.reyland.co.uk/
