engine : xr2 1600cvh


i dont know to turbo or just tune my engine
i can get everything from a rs turbo engine bay for £500
or i can get twin 40 weber cards with the manifold off a xr2 track day car with ported and polished head with piper high lift cam for £250

just what will be better for everyday driving ?
i fort maybe the carbs as will be better on the insurance

can a high power n/a cvh be reliable for everyday driving ?
