Not me, left home just over 2 years ago and haven't looked back! Parents have split since anyway so don't have alot of choice either!

Its not so good tho if you're skint, and all the bills add up to a hell of an amount every flippin month

Got out while i could and thought fook this im too young!

Hopefully should be moving again in a couple of years but atleast i know what to expect now!! Plus i we can go to all the piss ups without worrying about money now!!

Hopefully lew!!!

Although we have moved out we are still paying for most things but at least now we've moved back to ma n pa's it lifts a little stress! Like house work and some bills!! But now we might have some money rather then none!

I'm 21! 20 when we moved out!

think if u did move in with some1 you gotta lay some rules down...my brother is the messiest fucker EVER!!! his room is a total bombsite EVERYDAY and just a total state! I couldn't live in the same house as him alone...it'll be like the student flat on Hollyoaks! lol I'm quite a tidy person like me mum buy my bro well....waste of time springs to mind!

I moved out at 20 Only went back for a couple of months when i was moving house.

Have to say have struggled my ass off & felt exactly like you guys did Working for nothing Plus grafting ar weekends too as wages dissapeared before i could get hold of them.
But all worked out after about 5 years. Built the car back up to a Saff then Was very pleased with myself as wanted it for ages

Now have reasonable equity in property & have a nice home & can have toys, go out too.

There is a balance to find between work & play, saving/investing & blowing it.

Be cautious

Been in my own place just over 3 years now, and as long as I can financially afford it I'd never go back !!!

Got my own place, big mortgage but it's my own. Me and my puddy cat are very happy !!! MOney does get tight but I'm on the property ladder and have NO intention of getting off.

I had just turned 20 when I bought my house. We've (me & the missus) just sold it and are now buying a bigger detached place We're temporarily moving back into my parents house until we complete on the new place.

but the situation is Different Lee....you are married so you share your house..

I could happily afford to move out and run my own place but i could no-way afford to run the house and the taxi....and with house prices at the level they are now round our way u can't get fuck all for under 100k.. I wouldn't mind living on my own but i could see my place becoming a party disco-tech every saturday night

so u bite the bullet and buy a house for that amount....get a morgage (have good deposit stashed away ) then 5 years time the house is worth less than what you owe on ya morgage then your screwed! think this is the one thing that scares me about giving it a go by myself!

bought my first house when i was 19 as i got the missus up the duff.
It was a struggle for the first few years but we just had to carry on and not give up. We still run a bit tight now and again but i'd rather have my own place than live with the old folks.

What you gonna do?

Live with your old folks till your 35 or stand up and strike out on your own?
