What can be done to strengthen the IB5 gearbox?

I know the ST150 people are running big power with the IB5 so what upgrades are they doing to get the gearbox to handle it?

Mines a 1.8 focus with plans for supercharging and 200-210lb/ft so I'm just looking into it to see if I can avoid the extra cost of fitting an RS box.

 

it would probably work out cheaper to use the rs box, the cts stage 2 boxes are about £1500 if i remember correctley and can be broken quite easily, you could convert to rs box for a lot less than that on a focus and they are nigh on indestructible!
