Default what spark plugs for a chipped ERST

As the title really please, need a new set before going to the rollers.

i use ngk's in mine is fine once its started! just have problems starting!

Champion QC59YC or QC57YC. 57 is better on really hot days. 59 is better alround.

james not on about the eng,on about s1, the original (1st) rst are better than s2 imo..

WAS RECOMMENDED BY POWER ENGINEERING 2 USE NGK BCR 8ES,REMOVED A BRAND NEW SET OF CHAMPION C59C AND FITTED THESE WHEN WENT 4 ROLLING ROAD TUNE,ONLY A TENNER COMPARED TO £30 FOR CHAMPIONS

i use NGK BCR8ES, can anybody recomend the best gap setting for a 18+ psi motor.

iv heard bad things about champion plugs-breaking down etc.i use NGK with no problems at all.would reccomend.

BCR8es are just standard plugs.. the spark CAN blow out on them when running a lot of boost
the BEST plugs for an RST running a lot of boost are NGK 9's or the equivellent new ones but they are arround £100 a set i have these in my car and they are
