Default rs slpitter damage

Does anyone know the best method for repairing cracks in plastic bumpers or splitters. I have a 1988 spec rs splitter with a tear in the corner, is it possible to use a plastic repair kit or is the splitter basically scrap?

The 1988 RS splitter is rubber. I should imagine there would be a type of bond out there that could fix it.
