Default Ebay.. Car not as advert.

Won a car on Ebay, he said it was in "Stunning condition" etc etc etc

Basically when i got there it was tatty so i told him advert was wrong and i wasnt buying it end of.

Hes done a non paying winner thing, not left any feedback tho.

What shall/can i do?

link? tell him to fuck off done it a few times myself, people seem to think they can sell shiters and you'll just wear it. ok yes you should try view it but this isn't always practicle due to milage work commitments so you take a gamble but the description should be honest and photo's recent etc if not as described it's there loss better to have wasted a bit of time than been stuck with it imo

contact ebay and explain and they can remove the feedback, but go careful as ebay do say if ur buying a car u should see it before u bid on it.

Sellers on ebay have a responsibility to describe the items they are selling accurately and if you find that they are not as described, then you have a right to refuse payment!

leave feedback stating car not as described and inform ebay if they give you a non paying alert appeal it explaining it was not as described and you will win i have done it a few times and won every time
